TITLE SPONSOR - $10,000

• Tournament title to read "2009 Sponsor Name/Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Medical City Children’s Hospital Congenital Heart Program"
• First right of refusal for 2009 tournament
• Sponsor's name and logo will appear on collateral materials in the tournament title (including but not limited to stationery, poster, signage, etc.)
• Sponsorship identification in all press releases
• Custom signage as the Title Sponsor throughout the course the day of the tournament
• Eight (8) player spots
• Sponsor's involvement in the event will be highlighted in all communications for the tournament

PRESENTING SPONSOR - $5,000

• Tournament title to read "...Golf Tournament presented by Sponsor Name"
• Official Cart Sponsor; signage on cart card
• Sponsor's name and logo will appear on collateral materials in the tournament title (including but not limited to stationery, poster, signage, etc.)
• Sponsorship identification in all press releases
• Custom signage the day of the tournament
• Four (4) player spots
• Sponsor's involvement in the event will be highlighted in all communications for the tournament
